This project will provide designers with basic knowledge of the different aspects of developing wood-based products. The main emphasis of this course will be on the conceptualization and implementation of a specific theme within the perimeters set forth. Designers will be exposed to the different aspects that make up the dynamics of a designer-client relationship that will include preparing and presenting new product development proposals including feasibility studies.

We achieved a Semi-self balance transportation system that fits any terrain, any envi- ronment and any purpose in the wilds. We propose the system allows gathering and preparation, and better saves physical and material resources.

Design Features:

The hollow body pattern were inspired by bicycle racks for hanging purpose. It not only reduced the weights but also can be use for hanging customized storage bags or other utility items. The wooden dowel is also designed for hang- ing the storage bags or cooler as willing. Sides were cov- ered and protected by 3D printed parts.

Real off-road tire with quick release system, easy to install. Fits for all terrain and purpose. Allowing free pivoting, no limitation. Storages compartment, using durable water repellent fabrics. Inner sleeve were deisgned for cutting board and zippers are water-resistance as well. Huge compartment space allowing more to carry with you.

Modular handle became a surface stand support feature when cart is resting. It was se- cured by latches while using. Cutting board, also use as working surface. Secured underneath by 3D printed lock system.

Through this project, us designers conducted research and experiments on hemlock and ritual as a group. As a team, we were able to push the limits of our self through three different stages of this project, and continue to challenge ourselves, solve problems, and forging our abilities. Each of us also has new insights and learnings and experiences at different levels.
